At Green’s Biscuits, our people are experts in making great food at scale with a wealth of biscuit and cracker making experience. We manufacture a range of products across multiple categories. Our ovens are high-capacity, flexible and the heart of our production system which can be tailored for the needs of each of our customers.

Research & Development

An idea is really all you need to get the ball rolling when it comes to developing a new product. Our dedicated R&D team are constantly on the pulse of what is popular and what trends are up & coming. These valuable insights will help you develop the best product possible for your customers.

Product Development

Once all the R&D work has been done our Product Development team will help you bring the product to life. In collaboration with our bakers & production team, the recipe will be designed, flavour profiles finessed, ingredient lists finalised and samples made up for tasting. The final part of the product development phase is determining the packaging format and design. We can help you with the design aspect if you need with our talented team of in-house designers.

One of the most important aspects of your new product is the packaging. Both the format and the design play a crucial role in making sure it appeals to your customer.
